**What inspires or motivates you in your role at HMS/HSDM?**  
As a trained dancer, I always use dance as a springboard to everything I do. It has shaped my life and given me the discipline that I bring to my work at HMS, and to everything else that I do. That inspiration, coupled with the knowledge that my work contributes, even in its small ways, to the greater good, is uplifting. My motivation is fueled by the feeling that in my capacity, I help further the mission of Harvard Medical School.
