OCCE Volunteers at Boston Food Bank
Staff members from the HMS Office for Culture and Community Engagement (OCCE) spent a weekday morning in August at the Greater Boston Food Bank as part of a recurring series of community service efforts. Alongside another volunteer team, the group was able to pack close to 10,000 meals in three hours.
The mission of the Greater Boston Food Bank is to fight hunger and serve the community, ensuring that nutritious food reaches families in needs across eastern Massachusetts.
