1990: Minority Faculty Development Program (MFDP) established within the Office for Faculty Affairs

1990: Visiting Clerkship Program (VCP) established

1995: Office of Faculty Development and Diversity (FDD) established

1998: FDD K-12 Program established

1998: FDD Community Outreach Program established

2002: FDD renamed Office for Diversity and Community Partnership (DCP)

2006: DCP K-12 Program renamed as Educational Outreach Program

2007: Converge (DCP research and evaluation office) established

2014: HMS/HSDM LGBT Advisory Committee established

2014: DCP renamed Office for Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership (DICP)

2017: HMS Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion (TFDI) launched

2020: Better Together TFDI report released

2021: DICP Educational Outreach renamed Community Engagement and Education

2025: DICP restructured as Office for Culture and Community Engagement (OCCE)
