What inspires or motivates you in your role at HMS/HSDM?
Providing excellent customer service to the HMS/HSDM employees. Knowing that I am one among the many faces of Human Resources and I do my best to make sure that those that I come into contact with nave a positive experience with me and the department as a whole.

What unique skills and/or talents do you bring to your job?
A couple of things. I bake, a lot. It challenges me, keeps me on my toes and shows me how to correct things on the fly. I have my traditional baking but I try to also bake with other people in mind. Just this year I've had to bake without butter a few times because a friend of mine is severely lactose intolerant.

Secondly, everything I learned I learned from my mother. She's been in the telecommunications sector for 39 years. How she approached her job taught me how to treat the people I serve well regardless of who they are.
