What inspires or motivates you in your role at HMS/HSDM?
The deep belief and conviction that we can accomplish anything if we just work together. I have always said that everything necessary to make a real impact on human illness already exists at Harvard. All we need to do is to bring diverse individuals together, share our resources, and incentive, and reward collaboration. In short, all we need is a catalyst.

What are you most proud of about your work at HMS/HSDM?
Harvard Catalyst has demonstrated over and over again that we can move mountains as One
Harvard. I am most proud of my colleagues and thei teams who come to work every day believing that failure is not an option. Our motto is "always keep our word."

What unique skills and/or talents do you bring to your job?
Passion, passion, passion, and passion and the foolish belief that "no" or "failure" are not options.
